cancellations or changes as follows:
● Minimum 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.
● Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $80 fee.
● Same-day cancellations will incur a $100 fee.
● Failure to attend without notice will result in a $250 fee.
